all of our animals are healthy upon arrival.
If there
is a problem or concern please call us within 24hrs.
If there
was no one available to accept the package,
or the driver
does not
secure a signature, our guarantee is void.
If the
animal perishes within our guarantee, we will provide a
replacement
or store credit. We cannot refund or credit shipping.
Customer
is responsible for all shipping charges
on the
replacement of the animal(s).
RETURN POLICY
All products
returned are
subject to
a 20% restocking fee.
All associated shipping charges are non-refundable.
Products damaged in shipping must be reported to the
carrier and a claim must be filed prior to replacement.
